About the role
- Drive process improvement across core Operations workflows
- Lead special projects focused on strategic topics
- Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to pull and analyze data
- Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders
- Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and KPIs
- Prepare materials and narratives for business reviews and leadership updates
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in strategy, strategic operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries, including exposure to KYC, onboarding, risk, or compliance processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities
