Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Growth, with at least 3 years managing a team
- Strong strategic and growth mindset
- Advanced analytical skills
- Experience in lifecycle marketing
- Creativity and user focus
- Experience leading projects or teams
- Structured communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
