About the role
- Drive end-to-end ownership of high-stakes strategic initiatives and 'CEO-level' special projects that define our global trajectory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for executive leadership, navigating complex cross-functional landscapes to align global stakeholders on mission-critical deliverables.
- Deploy first-principles thinking and advanced analytics to institutionalize organizational health and operational excellence.
- Drive the division’s internal strategy by orchestrating global budgets, scaling organizational design, and leading high-impact people initiatives to institutionalize a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leadership in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB preferred) or a high-growth environment
- Someone who enjoys 'getting things done' and finds ways to drive tangible outcomes
- A strategic thinker and analytical in your approach to developing strategies
- Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes
- Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Having prior experience in Legal, Risk and Compliance is NOT a requirement.
