Influence product strategy by surfacing regional insights, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and Americas revenue priorities
Represent the Americas in global planning forums
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; build frameworks, elevate talent, and establish operational cadence for the function

Requirements

10+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, commercial leadership, or high-growth technology environments
Proven success leading teams and building strategic and operational capabilities at scale
Advanced analytical skills, including structuring data models, leveraging BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and driving insight-led decision-making
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
A strong academic record with evidence of structured problem-solving capability
Fintech, financial services, or technology experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous.
