About the role
- Lead end-to-end product development for marketplace initiatives, from zero-to-one bets to optimising existing mechanics.
- Validate ideas quickly using lean, manual and scrappy methods to get early signal.
- Develop perspective on feature evolution ensuring cohesive long-term user experience.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to build products, providing direction while enabling contribution.
- Understand demand and supply sides of marketplace and design features to maintain system balance.
- Make tradeoffs between user experience, business outcomes, and operational constraints.
- Champion product marketing and storytelling to ensure adoption and value recognition.
- Encourage healthy debate, challenge assumptions, and foster pragmatic product thinking.
