About the role
- Act as the highest escalation level and point of contact for all operations performance within your sector
- Monitor, comprehend, and action performance trends of your respective sector
- Assist and support the sector team to ensure customers continue receiving industry leading service levels
- Represent your Operations sector in major customer milestone meetings
- Collaborate with different departments at Airspace in the identification and implementation of customer specific solutions
