Data Engineer

• Own and evolve our data infrastructure and pipelines
• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines that ingest data from internal application postgres databases and external SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Twilio, Zendesk)
• Manage and scale our orchestration layer built in Airflow
• Ensure reliability, consistency, and performance across our data systems through strong engineering practices and operational discipline
• Oversee and optimize how data flows into and through our warehouse layer (Snowflake), ensuring transformations (via dbt) integrate cleanly into upstream and downstream systems
• Be a technical leader and strategic architect
• Set a high bar for technical excellence, promoting clean architecture, code quality, and maintainability through thoughtful design, hands-on coding, and code reviews
• Drive architectural improvements and lead system-level refactors to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Continuously evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance platform capabilities and developer velocity
• Level up our data function across the full lifecycle
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders in Product, Data Science, and Infrastructure, helping shape technical roadmaps that align with business priorities
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks in our data workflows, and proactively implement process improvements
• Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.

Senior Data Engineer

Operations

• Set up new orders by adhering to both standard work practices and client-specific SOP instructions.
• Ability to stay independently informed by reviewing all communications provided throughout the company platforms.

Operations Specialist I

Learning and Development

• Build and own the end-to-end Dedicated Driver training program, including new driver onboarding curriculum, role-specific modules, and ongoing retraining content for both online and in-field delivery
• Partner with recruiting to integrate training into the onboarding process, ensuring every driver is fully prepared before their first shift
• Develop scenario-based training content using real examples so drivers learn how to think, not just what to do
• Travel into the field (up to 25% of the time) to deliver in-person training, validate program effectiveness, and ensure standards are being met at the warehouse and customer level
• Conduct driver performance evaluations to assess training effectiveness and iterate content and delivery based on results
• Identify drivers who are at risk and develop targeted retraining or performance improvement plans in partnership with Regional Managers
• Maintain and update training documentation, SOPs, and resources as processes evolve
• Partner with Driver Ops Managers and the Revenue team on quality and performance initiatives

Driver Onboarding & Training Manager – Dedicated Driver

• Set up all new orders containing time-sensitive commodities for success
• Provide proactive updates to customers on any deviations
• Track order status progression from start to finish
• Handle all inbound and outbound communications in a timely manner
• Acknowledge and act on all requests via email, phone, and text requests
• Maintain balanced performance metrics as required for the role

Operations Specialist I – Medical Device

• Act as the highest escalation level and point of contact for all operations performance within your sector
• Monitor, comprehend, and action performance trends of your respective sector
• Assist and support the sector team to ensure customers continue receiving industry leading service levels
• Represent your Operations sector in major customer milestone meetings
• Collaborate with different departments at Airspace in the identification and implementation of customer specific solutions

Operations Manager, Medical Device

• Resolve all escalated issues and assist in team inquiries as needed

Operations Specialist III

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for Airspace’s driver network aligned with company growth objectives
• Serve as the primary internal and external representative for Driver Operations, representing the function to senior leadership, customers and external partners
• Lead driver performance management strategy through the development and execution of scalable processes that ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across the national network
• Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities for network optimization, cost efficiency and service improvement
• Lead planning and execution of driver network expansion for major new customers and market expansions
• Design and implement driver sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding strategies to ensure coverage aligns with demand requirements at launch
• Coordinate cross-functional launch efforts, ensuring seamless integration of driver capabilities with customer needs
• Establish launch playbooks and best practices for repeatable, scalable driver network expansion

• Serve as a primary support contact for drivers regarding general questions, issues, and requests
• Manage inbound driver cases related to performance concerns, compliance issues, and account status
• Track, document, and escalate driver performance cases following established processes
• Support corrective action and offboarding workflows as directed by Driver Ops leadership
• Coordinate driver onboarding activities, including documentation collection and system setup
• Ensure driver records are complete, accurate, and compliant with program requirements
• Support training enrollment and completion tracking
• Assist with ongoing compliance checks and renewals
• Investigate and resolve driver payment issues, discrepancies, and inquiries
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Maintain accurate records related to payment adjustments

• Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to driver activity

Driver Operations Coordinator

Account Manager

• Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Partner with the Director, Enterprise Sales and Account Management to create account strategies and execution rhythms.
• Execute rhythm of business customer-facing and internal motions to drive account strategies and service excellence.
• Build trusted relationships with customer operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer clinical workflows, distribution models, and service expectations.
• Represent Airspace with executive presence, logistics/MD expertise, and confidence in all customer interactions.
• Provide regular, concise, proactive updates to Sales leadership on account health, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, DriverOps, and Support teams to drive fast resolution of critical service issues.
• Travel to customer sites for new logo onboardings and major expansions when needed.
• Monitor volume trends, pricing behavior, and margin performance.
