Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, integrated marketing initiatives (campaigns, launches, brand moments, multi-market activations)
• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Serve as the central point of project coordination between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Media, and external partners
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; propose and implement solutions
• Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-mortems with clear agendas and outcomes
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution across all channels
• Track deliverables and deadlines, following up to ensure commitments are met—regardless of seniority
• Communicate progress, changes, and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices to improve marketing operations over time

• Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily and adhere to our established lead process as outlined in our training manual.
• Leverage our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients through text, email or phone communication, aiming to arrange either an in-clinic or virtual consultation.
• Be responsible for establishing and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals as part of your role.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

• Develop media strategy and plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.) based on business needs and objectives
• Oversee the media agency on the daily execution and analysis of digital campaigns specifically within Google Ad Words and Facebook Ads Manager including monitoring and managing daily and weekly media budget allocation against key KPIs like leads, consults, cases and overall ROAS
• Ensure the accuracy of media performance dashboards which provide executive level summaries on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis providing an intelligent clear synthesis of insights and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
• Develop measurement plans to ensure all key metrics are appropriately & accurately collected; and develop and execute test & learn roadmap to maximize performance
• Collaborate with content team on creative opportunities based on insights from ad testing
• Manage AirSculpt’s media spend budget, monitoring forecast and collaborating with the Finance team on media investment reporting.
• Explore and test into upper funnel channel and tactics like OTT/CTV
• Oversee SEO manager and agency with the goal of driving increased site traffic through SEO related initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the paid digital media place

• Own the SEO/AEO channel for AirSculpt working to optimize our website for qualified traffic and leads.
• Manage our SEO agency ensuring they have a prioritized roadmap aligned with our business goals.
• Develop content strategy and align with marketing partners across channels.
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality content with the goal of increasing search engine presence and rankings
• Manage all local listings through GBP and Yext
• Prepare and present monthly reports (i.e. web traffic, conversion rates, rankings) for analysis and insights
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with company goals
• Monitor SEO/AEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
