About the role
- Act as a Subject Matter Specialist who aligns high-level welding engineering with operational excellence.
- Visit our internal field plants and external client sites to evaluate existing welding processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest safer techniques, and propose advanced technologies that enhance efficiency and safety.
- Provide knowledgeable support and sharing of expertise on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration.
- Act as a mentor to the wider Welding Specialist team and provide onsite product and application training for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent years of formalized welding experience.
- Five or more years in B2B or specialized sales.
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration.
