About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles
- Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest
- Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification
- Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates
- Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement
- Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness
- Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles are a plus)
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Workday and Google Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
- Expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player
- Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent
