About the role
- As an Account Manager, you are the primary architect of your territory's success.
- Focus will be on high-level relationship management and strategic growth, supported by a strong internal infrastructure.
- Aggressively expand our footprint by converting competitive accounts.
- Showcase our total value proposition—focusing on our safety record and technical superiority—rather than competing on price alone.
- Lead advocate for your customers, understanding their unique KPIs and buying motives to ensure long-term retention and margin health.
- Lean on our dedicated Customer Service Representatives to handle order processing and logistics, and our Engineering and Field Service teams to provide technical support and on-site expertise.
- Generate detailed business plans and SWOT analyses, maintaining a 3-year strategic vision for the Gulf Coast.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales, technical/industrial selling & value based selling experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.); technical disciplines are a plus.
- Experience with complex contracts and index/formula-based pricing is preferred.
