Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
- A demonstrated history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
- A proven history of increasing responsibility in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations position.
- A proactive approach to leadership, with a history of supporting and mentoring teams for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with Microsoft solutions, particularly Excel and Word.
- Numerical proficiency for practical business applications and analytical reporting.
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle.
