About the role
- Responsible for leading, directing, and motivating all Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales associates
- Execute on plans and strategies designed to meet and exceed customer needs
- Manage the sales force for organic top line growth
- Ensure branch planners are in place at all branches
- Maintain the stocks of gases and hard-goods at all locations
- Ensure that branch and field sales associates are adequately trained
- Focus on increased accuracy and SAP proficiency
- Optimize profit margins through execution of plans and strategies
Requirements
- Strong sales experience and leadership
- A track record of achieving profitable sales growth
- Tough-minded, take charge change agent
- Ability to analyze a business opportunity
- Demonstrated knowledge of business and accounting concepts
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
