💰 $110,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for leading, directing, and motivating all Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales associates
  • Execute on plans and strategies designed to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Manage the sales force for organic top line growth
  • Ensure branch planners are in place at all branches
  • Maintain the stocks of gases and hard-goods at all locations
  • Ensure that branch and field sales associates are adequately trained
  • Focus on increased accuracy and SAP proficiency
  • Optimize profit margins through execution of plans and strategies

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience and leadership
  • A track record of achieving profitable sales growth
  • Tough-minded, take charge change agent
  • Ability to analyze a business opportunity
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business and accounting concepts
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
