About the role
- Serve as the point of contact for guidance and support on various strategic HR-related matters
- Promote the development of employees
- Provide coaching/feedback in the creation of personal development plans
- Conduct career discussions
- Maintain this information in a database
- Establish/maintain relationships with top management to drive execution of HR programs
- Responsible for designing an organization that effectively implements HR programs/processes
- Collaborate with centers of expertise to meet business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Demonstrated success in former role in HR
- Proven ability to form productive relationships with a diverse population
- Experience working independently to arrive at solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation skills and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
