About the role

  • Create graphic assets, presentations, and visual materials aligned with AIRE’s brand identity.
  • Edit short-form videos for internal communication and social media-related initiatives.
  • Develop engaging content for internal campaigns, newsletters, learning initiatives, and HR-related communications.
  • Draft internal communications, corporate messages, emails, signage, and communication pieces for different audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and narrative across all HR communication materials.
  • Support the rollout, coordination, and follow-up of communication campaigns.
  • Manage and update AIRE’s internal communication platform.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of employee surveys and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain the career site with relevant, attractive, and up-to-date content.
  • Support the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent and Marketing to ensure a consistent communication approach.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, events, and people-related campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, employer branding, or corporate communication.
  • Strong experience creating visual content, including graphic materials and short-form video editing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Suite and/or Canva.
  • A strong sense of visual quality, narrative coherence, and attention to detail.
