About the role

  • Responsible for managing and operating AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) across Compute (Containers & Serverless), Storage, Database and respective network and security concepts
  • Proactively communicates within and outside the team and collaborates effectively cross-functionally
  • Mentors and provides guidance to junior engineers
  • Writes production-ready code and participates in code-reviews
  • Ensures that the code delivered is fully tested, including edge cases
  • Implements and maintains high-quality logging, monitoring, alerting, and instrumentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience operating AWS Infrastructure
  • Monitoring & Observability with Datadog
  • CI/CD: Gitlab, ArgoCD
  • IaC: Terraform, Cloudformation (SAM)
  • AWS datastores : RDS Aurora MySQL & PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Neptune, S3, Redshift
  • Containerization: Docker and EKS & Service Mesh - Istio
