💰 $125,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Work on Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard products.
- Quickly launch experiments and continuously simplify and improve the user experience.
- Build a system from the ground up.
- Help think outside of the box when building AI experiences and try the latest tools.
- Guide the broader design team with AI tools and processes and shape AI agent experiences.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of design experience
- Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments
- Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries
- You are fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus).
- Technical acumen is a plus
