About the role
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales funnel. You will hunt, prospect, qualify, and close your own deals.
- Market Expansion: Drive the launch across North America. As one of our first hires, you will specifically focus on the North American market but also contribute to growing APAC with Australia first.
- Co-create the Playbook: Work directly with Product and Leadership to refine our value proposition. You’ll be selling a product that is evolving in real-time.
- Evangelize AI: Educate the market on our new AI product, moving beyond "features" to sell a vision of the future of work.
Requirements
- The Builder Mindset: You have proven of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier). Selling to sales leaders is a plus.
- Outbound DNA: You are a prospector at heart. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or craft a creative cold-outreach strategy.
- Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity. You prefer a "blank slate" to a rigid corporate process.
- Tech stack: You know your way around key CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce) but you’re also comfortable leveraging the new wave of AI tools supporting sales reps
- Closing Grit: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
