About the role
- Responsible for interactions between Airbus team members and HR services
- Provide a world-class employee experience when processing updates and onboarding employees
- Manage processes connected with onboarding, transfers, and employee changes
- Coordinate employment offer activities and manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- 3 years demonstrated practical experience in the field of Human Resources
- Experience working with IT systems and data
- Experience managing multiple employee requests simultaneously
- Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems and processes
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
