About the role
- Define and document the functional and technical architectures of OSS/BSS systems
- Analyze and translate clients' functional and non-functional requirements
- Design the functional chains for operations and service management
- Allocate functions to internal and external components (vendors, operators)
- Align OSS/BSS system value chains with the capabilities of external components
- Perform techno-economic and techno-operational trade-offs
- Ensure performance assumptions are met during the build phase
- Ensure measured performance during the run (operations) phase in accordance with SLAs
- Interface with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct techno-economic and techno-operational impact analyses
- Maintain technology watch and contribute to the analysis of standards and emerging technologies
- Lead technical reviews and governance bodies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Functionally manage a team of architects and systems engineers
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and cost control
Requirements
- Degree in systems engineering, computer networks and/or telecommunications
- 10 years of professional experience in the following areas: OSS/BSS systems (Order Management, Billing, Customer Care, Network Inventory, etc.)
- Architectures based on TM Forum standards (e.g., TMF622, TMF620, TMF637)
- Methodologies and processes for information systems (standards, traceability, compliance, simulation, V-model, configuration management)
- Model-based approach (MBSE - Model-Based Systems Engineering) is a plus
- Project management (fundamentals, Design to Value approach during specification and design phases, trade-offs and decision-making)
- Leadership and team spirit (multidisciplinary and multicultural environment)
- English: C1 level
