About the role

  • Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver talent acquisition objectives
  • Engage with MSP and RPO for successful support of Talent Acquisition needs
  • Manage the workload assignments for the Talent Acquisition Partners in coordination with workload strategy
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence by leading and mentoring a high-performing team of recruiters, coordinators, and other talent acquisition professionals
  • Provide guidance to the team on the deployment of consistent and effective talent acquisition consulting practices
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback to the team in support of individual and team development
  • Manage escalation and eliminate blockers to the delivery of HR objectives
  • Manage and delegate operational projects within the team and in collaboration across HR
  • Implement and Improve HR programs, processes and systems
  • Deliver high quality, customer-focused service
  • Support recruitment of roles as assigned
  • Partner with site leaders and HR team at Mobile Manufacturing Site to recruit top candidates to join Airbus

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field OR equivalent additional work experience leading a TA team
  • 10+ Years Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5+ years experience leading a talent acquisition team
  • Prior experience with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and/or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcer)
  • Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and application to the recruiting process and applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing full life cycle recruitment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS systems
  • Travel Required: 20-30% domestic travel
  • Citizenship: Able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • Ability to meet listed physical requirements (vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, carrying/lifting up to 30lbs, standing, walking)
