About the role

  • Lead the vision and execution of a global, campaign-based merchandising platform that powers the discovery and promotion of Airbnb’s offerings and promotions.
  • Drive the orchestration of targeted, measurable campaigns.
  • Partner with creative and operations teams to launch tentpole and regional initiatives.
  • Leverage AI to optimize campaign development and efficiency.
  • Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.
  • Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
  • Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
  • Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
  • Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
  • Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
  • Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
