About the role
- Lead the vision and execution of a global, campaign-based merchandising platform that powers the discovery and promotion of Airbnb’s offerings and promotions.
- Drive the orchestration of targeted, measurable campaigns.
- Partner with creative and operations teams to launch tentpole and regional initiatives.
- Leverage AI to optimize campaign development and efficiency.
- Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
- Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
- Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
- Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
- Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
- Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
