About the role
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
- Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
- Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
- Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
- Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
- Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- 8+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with elite standards
- 3+ years of sourcing experience for web & mobile engineering roles
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent in high growth, fast paced environments
- Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across multiple channels including web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, and emerging platforms
- Strong data proficiency with the ability to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, and adjust sourcing strategy based on performance insights
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
