- Responsible for end-to-end finance operations
- Strong focus on financial controls, enterprise risk management, group consolidation, and governance across multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional setups
- Blend of hands-on controllership with a broader finance manager lens
- Support business growth while ensuring robust risk and compliance frameworks

Requirements
- CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of experience in controllership or financial control roles
- Strong experience in multi-entity consolidation and reporting
- Hands-on exposure to internal controls and audit management
- Working knowledge of IFRS.
- Attention to detail with ability to work in fast-scaling environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process improvement and automation orientation

- Experience in startups, consultancies or MNCs
- Exposure to cross-border and multi-currency operations
- ERP implementation or optimization experience
