About the role
- Produce standardized and ad‑hoc reports on job architecture, job codes, salary structures, compensation trends, and merit/bonus outcomes.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmark comparisons, job evaluations, and prepare compensation summaries for review.
- Maintain job architecture data, including job descriptions and coding updates in UKG and related systems.
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, step reviews, leveling) ensuring alignment with policy, equity, and budget.
- Manage the Compensation inbox and deliver high‑quality stakeholder support.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and repeatable reporting processes.
- Partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure data accuracy in UKG Pro for job codes, pay rates, and compensation‑related values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years of HRIS experience with a heavy emphasis in data reporting and analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels
- Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals: job structures, market pricing, salary ranges, and pay programs; ability to prepare defensible analyses and documentation
- High attention to detail with proven capability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies; audit ready mindset
- Ability to translate data into clear, well organized reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Develops and present recommendations from accurate assessments and analysis
- Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment while maintaining confidentiality of pay data.
