About the role

  • Oversee and manage financial accounting, billing, reporting, transaction processing, and control activities of Digital & IT.
  • Support Business and Digital & IT teams in their IT business model management (costing, pricing, depreciation, budget, re-forecast, value creation, etc).
  • Ensure internal customers are billed for products and services provided to them according to agreed terms and conditions (pricing model).
  • Report financial performance and support decision making by helping to predict and control Digital & IT spend.
  • Help shape the strategic planning in close coordination with key stakeholders from finance, business and operations.
  • Drive the improvement of processes and procedures within the Digital & IT teams to make interactions between teams seamless and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, Finance, IT, or Project Management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business process in the scope of WBL/WBU/Corporate Function 's activities
  • Demonstrating knowledge of group financial and accounting principles and standards
  • Strong understanding of the business supported (services sold, customers, cost structure, pricing, ongoing projects, efficiencies to generate...)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills; Pedagogical and ability to conduct change management; Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to gain cross-departmental consensus.
