About the role

  • Help ensuring that operations & processes are aligned with the management system requirements
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the existing IMS system
  • Follow implementation progress
  • Consolidate existing IMS procedures, processes, system
  • Promote IMS within the organization
  • Implement and supervise the audit processes and programs covering all industrial activities of our subsidiaries within the GBU
  • Responsible for closing out the IMS Streamlining program by completing its five phases: team setting, process mapping, assessment, action planning, and close-out
  • Work closely with the subsidiary Chief Industrial Auditors and project leaders to complete their action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in science, engineering, quality management, business admin or other related field
  • 5+ years experience in quality management
  • Outstanding Technical Writing Skills
  • Technical Auditing / Professional and Team Orientation / Excellent Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, OneNote, SharePoint and SAP
