About the role

  • You acquire new patients.
  • You accompany and advise prospective clients and their relatives during the admission and transfer process.
  • You continuously monitor bed/capacity availability in your residential group homes for possible admissions, coordinating with regional management.
  • You establish new contacts with institutions in the medical and nursing care sectors.
  • You communicate with other departments to support the continuous improvement of company objectives.
  • You will be a member of a four-person team led by the COO of IC Home 24 GmbH.

Requirements

  • You have completed a three-year vocational training as a qualified nursing professional or hold a degree in social work with experience in healthcare.
  • You have prior experience as a DGCC case manager with a nursing background.
  • Alternatively, you have experience in sales and an interest in out-of-hospital intensive care.
  • You demonstrate business-oriented thinking and behavior as well as strong negotiation skills.
  • You are willing to travel within Western Germany and hold a valid driving license (Class B).
