About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Lead client acquisition efforts and cultivate strong relationships with key clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through lead generation, prospecting, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with product development, legal & compliance, finance and delivery teams to ensure execution of strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities
  • Actively contribute to business development strategies to achieve company objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector
  • Experience selling BaaS or lending solutions
  • Strong understanding of lending, financial markets & products and industry regulation
  • Local knowledge of the Italian, French, Spanish or DACH market is a clear added value
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international context
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
