Requirements
- Native-level German.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales development.
- Strong copywriting instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
- Self-starter who builds structure, not just follows it.
- Willingness to travel: occasional business trips to the DACH region (by arrangement with the client).
