About the role
- You advise our clients in the ITSM/ESM context — i.e., you analyze customer requirements and identify improvement potentials
- You evaluate existing structures and processes of service organizations
- You develop ITSM and ESM concepts
- You implement solutions at client sites and provide recommendations for action
- You conduct training sessions and workshops for the introduction and use of ITSM/ESM solutions
- You support second-level support in resolving complex issues
- You actively contribute to the department strategy and take part in implementing our shared goals
- You support your colleagues at AIM with your expertise and act as a sparring partner
- You assist in client acquisition (e.g., through technical contributions and pitch preparation)
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience with ITSM processes (either as part of an ITSM team or as a consultant)
- You can immediately apply solid knowledge of the ITIL framework (at least Foundation level)
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and are able to handle technical and interpersonal challenges
- You bring a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations and possess good communication skills
- You are eager for continuous learning and development and open to new tools and methods
- You can communicate very well in German (at least C1)
