- Several years of relevant professional experience as a consultant in one of the above areas
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Communication skills that allow you to convey things clearly and bring people together
- Organizational talent to help you set clear priorities and achieve goals with ease
- Soft skills such as empathy, teamwork, receptiveness to feedback, and assertiveness
