You implement appropriate solutions for our clients and provide actionable recommendations
You conduct training and workshops for the introduction and use of JSM solutions
You present yourself as a long-term business partner and support our clients with administration questions or the use of Atlassian products and important plugins
You actively shape the divisional strategy and contribute to achieving our shared goals
You support your colleagues at AIM with your expertise and serve as a sparring partner
You support us in acquiring new clients (e.g., through technical contributions, preparation for pitches)
Requirements
You know how to consult — you can respond to customer needs and elicit requirements
You have at least 2 years of professional experience with Atlassian Jira Service Management
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and thereby handle technical and interpersonal challenges
You bring a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations and have good communication skills
You are eager for continuous learning and development and open to new tools and methods
You can communicate very well in German (at least C1) and with your good technical English (B1) you understand the Atlassian ecosystem
