About the role

  • Serve as Senior Business Impact Lead on the Business Impact team in NYC.
  • Take ownership of non-technical development focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.
  • Drive development of innovative solutions that produce measurable business outcomes and faster processes.
  • Ensure future products align with and exceed client expectations; act as bridge between customers and development teams.
  • Hold full accountability for projects; foster transparent and honest internal and external communication.
  • Seek and provide constructive feedback; collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Engage with Fortune500 CPG/Retail/eCommerce customers to shape product direction and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master or MBA degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management.
  • Ideally some knowledge in the software / tech related area.
  • Experience working with large enterprise (Fortune500) CPG/Retail/eCommerce customers.
  • Deep understanding of CPG/Retail/eCommerce market dynamics and customer expectations.
  • Experience working with Finance functions; knowledge of finance structures and drivers is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior management of large luxury corporations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Independent worker able to take responsibility to ensure timelines are met.
  • Strategic thinking; able to see the bigger picture and simplify complex topics.
