About the role
- Serve as Senior Business Impact Lead on the Business Impact team in NYC.
- Take ownership of non-technical development focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.
- Drive development of innovative solutions that produce measurable business outcomes and faster processes.
- Ensure future products align with and exceed client expectations; act as bridge between customers and development teams.
- Hold full accountability for projects; foster transparent and honest internal and external communication.
- Seek and provide constructive feedback; collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Engage with Fortune500 CPG/Retail/eCommerce customers to shape product direction and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management.
- Ideally some knowledge in the software / tech related area.
- Experience working with large enterprise (Fortune500) CPG/Retail/eCommerce customers.
- Deep understanding of CPG/Retail/eCommerce market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Experience working with Finance functions; knowledge of finance structures and drivers is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior management of large luxury corporations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Independent worker able to take responsibility to ensure timelines are met.
- Strategic thinking; able to see the bigger picture and simplify complex topics.
