About the role

  • Work on prospecting and expanding the client portfolio;
  • Conduct visits and maintain relationships with cooperative members;
  • Commercialize financial products and services and manage the portfolio;
  • Provide consultative service, propose innovations, and deliver practical solutions for the daily operation of the service point;
  • Operate tactically with business focus: be assertive in negotiations, apply situational leadership and micro-management when necessary;
  • Develop and execute result-driven strategies, monitor the cooperative’s performance trends, and adjust course based on performance indicators;
  • Contribute to the development of the team with a process-oriented focus.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Cooperative Management, People Management, Business Management, Business Management in Cooperatives or Financial Institutions, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Anbima certification: CPA-10, CPA-20 and/or CEA;
  • Experience in a financial institution;
  • Experience with external prospecting;
  • Experience managing a corporate (PJ) portfolio;
  • Own vehicle;
  • Experience as a corporate (PJ) manager for large companies is a plus;
  • Must reside in Itajaí/SC or nearby areas.
