About the role

  • Business analysis: You rapidly analyze customers' business models, processes and pain points and assess where Agentforce can deliver real, measurable ROI.
  • Strategic advisory & scoping: Advise customers on pragmatic transformations to AI-supported workflows and define clear project scopes.
  • Project governance: Drive our agency projects forward, manage the implementation team (admins & devs) and ensure delivery on time and to the required quality.
  • Expectation management: Guide stakeholders confidently through agile projects and ensure that the CRM technology foundation always provides a stable base for further AI development.

Requirements

  • Solid, several years of experience in strategic consulting and managing Salesforce customer projects on the agency side.
  • Excellent analytical skills to quickly understand a wide range of B2B and B2C business models.
  • Pragmatism over buzzwords: You can realistically assess technological potential and translate it into tangible business value.
