About the role

  • Overseeing offshore resources to process business requirements within required service levels
  • Assist in the reduction of unallocated cash
  • Drive change leading to efficiencies and ensure relevant training is completed
  • End-to-end escalation point for policy booking issues or queries
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance, legal and audit issues are remediated
  • Identify or anticipate issues and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent Computer Skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proven operations experience in either Insurance or Financial Services
  • Ability to work well with others as well as work autonomously
  • Excellent time management skills
