About the role
- Overseeing offshore resources to process business requirements within required service levels
- Assist in the reduction of unallocated cash
- Drive change leading to efficiencies and ensure relevant training is completed
- End-to-end escalation point for policy booking issues or queries
- Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, legal and audit issues are remediated
- Identify or anticipate issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain and deliver standardized documentation and training
- Provide key project support
Requirements
- Excellent Computer Skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven operations experience in either Insurance or Financial Services
- Ability to work well with others as well as work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
