About the role

  • Work closely with internal and external customers and other departments, researching all approaches to meet client needs.
  • Use positive customer relations skills to communicate accurately, clearly detailed and professionally.
  • Liaison with Processing Teams, Client Care Center, Financial Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
  • Evaluate and resolve escalated and high priority cases using research skills and alternative approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience on a Retirement Services processing team or in the Client Care Center.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to display strong letter writing and email etiquette when communicating internally and externally.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • VSystem, AWD, Agilenet, SAP, Lotus Notes databases experience.
  • Proven problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage caseload.
