💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Partner with project team and IT to scope and document business systems requirements
  • Support product-related systems implementation and business production
  • Work with IT Business Analysts to evaluate recommended solutions
  • Work with QA and UAT teams to ensure robust test plans are created
  • Manage approval of IT documentation
  • Provide assistance related to in-force issues resolution
  • Conduct data mining and analysis, produce reports
  • Collaborate with Product teams and other areas of the company
  • Carry out other tasks as required for timely support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience (within the financial services/annuity industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to visualize and/or contribute to presentation of an idea or process
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate recommended solutions for the most efficient system design
  • Proficiency in communicating with stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, experience with Jira and Confluence
