About the role

  • Monitor the timeliness & accuracy of Workers Compensation data to Regulatory Organizations
  • Identify system issues and assist customers with all Policy & POC inquiries
  • Identify disconnects, omissions, and errors in underwriting issuance and servicing
  • Interpret and disseminate Regulatory requirements/updates and their potential impacts
  • Make recommendations on and assist in system changes to maintain data compliance
  • Review U/W systems to confirm accuracy of submissions/issuances
  • Facilitate communication among underwriters, brokers, and insureds
  • Attend broker meetings when necessary
  • Research and clear system and state returned errors from the reporting system
  • Investigate root causes and provide solutions for management

Requirements

  • Strong analytical & excellent organizational skills
  • 1+ year of business experience
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to multitask
  • Ability to streamline and automate existing processes
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide training and guidance
