About the role
- Monitor the timeliness & accuracy of Workers Compensation data to Regulatory Organizations
- Identify system issues and assist customers with all Policy & POC inquiries
- Identify disconnects, omissions, and errors in underwriting issuance and servicing
- Interpret and disseminate Regulatory requirements/updates and their potential impacts
- Make recommendations on and assist in system changes to maintain data compliance
- Review U/W systems to confirm accuracy of submissions/issuances
- Facilitate communication among underwriters, brokers, and insureds
- Attend broker meetings when necessary
- Research and clear system and state returned errors from the reporting system
- Investigate root causes and provide solutions for management
Requirements
- Strong analytical & excellent organizational skills
- 1+ year of business experience
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, ability to multitask
- Ability to streamline and automate existing processes
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide training and guidance
