- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence concerning insurance claims
- Interface with stakeholders concerning claims matters
- Evaluate requests to determine claim approval or denial
- Adjudicate and settle claims according to fair practices
- Train and mentor other claims agents
- Audit claims files to ensure best practices
Requirements
- Home state Adjuster’s license
- 2+ years of P&C adjusting experience
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Analytical skills
- Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
