Provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees
Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video technology (enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, sophisticated financial literacy meetings)
Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
Assist Relationship Manager and District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation
Travel as required for new plan enrollments; incentive bonus based on achievement of plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Series 7, Series 66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required
CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
Excellent presentation skills
Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
Must be a covered associate under SEC Rule 206(4)-5 and must not have disqualifying political contributions; must disclose U.S. political contributions from self and household for past two years
May include up to 25% travel; travel dependent on territory
