About the role
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical execution and go-to-market strategies
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of use cases, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product features and iterations
- Maintain daily communication with engineering teams and ensure company-wide alignment on product objectives
- Establish and strengthen feedback loops to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay ahead of digital trends and competitive dynamics to position products strategically
- Participate in daily standups, handle operational issues and coordinate bug fixes
- Lead stakeholder scoping sessions, write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and review QA test cases to ensure product quality
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience successfully shipping multiple complex, high-impact digital products in innovative companies
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes and technologies
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering measurable results
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop robust action plans for resolving customer challenges
- Natural curiosity and inclination to ask insightful questions that drive business value
- Ability to engage directly with customers and translate insights into actionable product requirements
