About the role

  • Launch, further develop, test and maintain three new websites as part of the team
  • Strengthen and ensure direct bookings
  • Manage, expand and monitor the various social media channels
  • Independently conceptualize and produce creative video content on-site at the hotels for our social media channels
  • Influencer management: research, acquisition and coordination of influencer partnerships to increase our brand awareness
  • Plan, independently implement and monitor SEM & SEO initiatives
  • Serve as the online contact person for all seven AHORN Hotels & Resorts
  • Brief and coordinate various online agencies
  • Create newsletters, report and analyze results for both B2B and B2C areas
  • Create, analyze and evaluate reports and ensure tracking

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree (preferably in hotel management or tourism)
  • You hold a valid driving license (Class B) and are willing to undertake regular business trips
  • You are internet-savvy and have a strong interest in online media
  • You are a strong communicator, have a high sense of responsibility, work analytically and conceptually, and enjoy working in a team
  • You are a passionate content creator: you know how to tell stories. Confident use of TikTok and video editing tools such as CapCut is part of your daily routine
  • You have a keen sense for digital trends and a deep understanding of algorithms and platform-specific dynamics
  • Excellent PC skills are a given
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
