About the role

  • Plan material and manage purchase orders, change orders and owner purchase orders within short delivery requirements
  • Analyze and summarize data through the use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
  • Interface with suppliers to expedite material and products

Requirements

  • Ahern will help make the most of your degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or related field/program
  • One to five years of supply chain experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Some mechanical aptitude, and accurate data entry skills will be essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
