- Leverage your strong people leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic and visionary skills in this opportunity to drive the overall success of our Milwaukee regional business
- Cultivate relationships across the functional teams, and achieve growth goals by being operationally excellent while providing strong profitability
- Develop your annual business plan (both short-term and long-term)
- Work towards achieving sales, profitability and income goals while managing the budget
- Ensure the successful management of Milwaukee’s mechanical and fire protection contract and service customers
- Directly oversee a team of managers and indirectly oversee a team of 65+ employees
Requirements
- Five-plus years of related experience in the construction/service industry
- Demonstrated management/leadership capabilities and sales acumen/experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business, construction, or engineering-related discipline) or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated profit and loss management knowledge
- Exceptional ability to interact with customers and company management
