About the role

  • Drive strong performance of your team by selling profitable mechanical construction projects
  • Execute exceptional customer service to Rochester, MN area customers
  • Actively manage the profit and loss of the mechanical project portion of the Rochester regional financials
  • Determine annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members’ goals
  • Have direct oversight of a team of mechanical project management individuals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction sales/project management type role in a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience managing financial results is preferred
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Process driven, possess skills that motivate those around you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.
