About the role
- Effectively lead and manage a high-functioning team of coordinators in service industry
- Oversee the dispatch function to ensure prioritization and execution of work
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Collaborate with service sales, construction operations, field superintendents, and leadership
- Maintain documentation associated with service contracts and execution of deliverables
- Ensure regional service goals for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, customer retention, renewals
- Drive process improvements in collaboration with corporate support
- Some local travel will be required
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in a service-driven environment
- Management experience within a related service environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial acumen
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Experience with ERP database system usage and manipulation
