About the role
- Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes and hiring requirements
- Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes
- Stay informed about market trends and recruitment best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Background or familiarity with Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Healthcare industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset
