Marketing

• Translate and implement Marketing and Communications strategies and goals into coordinated action plans, aligning internal teams and external vendors;
• Lead and organize the team of analysts, vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery across communications, branding, content production, digital and marketing efforts;
• Plan, execute and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital activities, events, promotions and partnerships;
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (website, social media, automation, CRM) in line with the brand and target audience;
• Coordinate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice and Agrotools' positioning;
• Create and oversee content that feeds the sales funnel and strengthens relationships with customers and prospects;
• Serve as a bridge between Product, Sales and Customer Relationship Management to ensure clear communication aligned with business objectives;
• Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making and adjust communication and marketing actions;
• Measure and report campaign and action results, proposing continuous improvements;
• Manage the budget for communications, marketing and events.
